📏 Which size to choose?

Size M is suitable for cats weighing up to approximately 4 kg. Size L is recommended for cats weighing approximately 4 to 8 kg. If in doubt, choose the larger size.

🧼 How to disassemble the tunnel?

Gently open the zipper located around the product to separate the two parts. Close it completely before giving the tunnel back to your cat.

📦 Does the product arrive folded?

The tunnel may arrive folded for transport. Manually reshape it, then let it regain its form before use.

🐱 Can it accommodate multiple cats?

This depends on the size and behavior of the cats. Choose the large size and monitor initial uses to avoid conflicts.

🧶 Is it a scratching post?

Felt can withstand normal cat activities, but this product is not designed to replace a real scratching post.
